ARTWORLD – Design & Artwork Services T&C
1. Services
ARTWORLD provides creative services including but not limited to:
- Graphic Design
- Logo Design
- Branding & Identity
- Digital Artwork
- Print Design
- Custom Illustrations
- Social Media Design
- Other creative and design-related services
All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Orders & Payments
- Full payment or agreed deposit must be made before work begins.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Projects will only commence after payment confirmation.
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made to ARTWORLD are final and non-refundable.
Due to the creative and customized nature of design services:
- No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
- No refunds will be issued after delivery of initial concepts or drafts.
- No refunds will be granted for completed projects.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid legal grounds may result in legal action.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
4. Revisions
- Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon at the start of the project.
- Revision requests must be submitted within [X] days of receiving the design.
- Major changes outside the original brief may require additional payment.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project details and clear instructions.
- Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Ensure all provided materials (logos, images, text) do not violate copyright or trademark laws.
ARTWORLD is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.
6. Intellectual Property
- Final designs become the client’s property only after full payment is received.
- ARTWORLD reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Drafts and unused concepts remain the property of ARTWORLD.
7. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client response time. ARTWORLD is not liable for delays caused by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
ARTWORLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
ARTWORLD reserves the right to terminate a project if:
- The client violates these Terms
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
